Carpets look great... Dried fairly quick
Looks so much cleaner now. We were worried last night when the carpet was still damp at 10 pm and there were "hills" in both rooms, but by morning it was dry and hills were gone. Great efficient and friendly service.

I was impressed with what a great job Brandon did. You have know idea how bad my carpet was, I live right next to the barn and corrals and have people coming in and out with whatever my be on their shoes. On a scale of 1 to 10 they were a good nine. Now that they have dries other than the worn traffic areas it all looks wonderful. Was going to pull it out in the spring I may wait til next fall. Thank you very much. And Brandon was great.
They do a good job. The carpet seems to stay cleaner longer than with other cleanings.

Show up closer to the scheduled time. I was scheduled for 10:00 am and they came at 3:15 pm. Yes, I was called a few times and updated that they were running late, but that's a bit excessive. I waited all day. Still, they did a good job and the guys seemed great.

Excellent results. Thorough cleaning. I had just purchased the condo and my cleaning technicians, Eddie and Brandon, found tha I had a horrible problem with pet urine in my carpets. They worked very hard to make sure they resolved the problem. They did a wonderful job.
Brandon & Eddy were prompt, knowledgeable, and very courteous. Time will tell if I am satisfied with how the carpets remain, after some traffic on them. They really look good at this point in time.

The guys were very friendly and took time to explain things about the cleaning process--what to expect, how to fix any problems, etc. It was nice to get educated.
Services were excellent. Floor looks good now but will know a little more how I like the product and how they look in a couple of weeks.
No detergents or chemicals.. Carpets were basically clean but I wanted them sanitized. I was assured by your service rep that the high heat would accomplish this task. I was pleased with the friendly and prompt service. So far so good and feel comfortable recommending to friends and using again.
Workers do an amazing job in a short amount of time. They are pleasant and easy to work with. See you next year!

They left the carpets spotless, great smelling, and were very courteous to my parents. They worked hard to get all the traffic patterns clean. Although the carpet is 8 years old it looked and felt new when they left.
Your guys were able to get 98% of the ink my doggie got on the carpet! They were prompt, professional, well groomed (ok Eddy needs new pants that fit!) Lindsey got me worked into the schedule as I was leaving town. Everything but your phone system was great. I kept getting cut off when calling in. I was actually starting to think someone was hanging up on me. Thanks so much for a great job.
