Though my carpet came out a little cleaner than it was, after it dried, six hours later, it still looks filthy. I was lead to believe that's would out perform all others AND leave no residue. I'm not very impressed.

I don't care for the work you did. The carpet looks like it was not cleaned...parts are darker than other parts. This carpeting was expensive and only a year old. Actually looks worse than it did before.

as all other cleaner's in the past...they leave you with a can of spot remover..why not zerorez...this is a seller
As mentioned to the customer at the time of service, we offer bottles of spot remover for spills and other spots but customer was interested in spot remover for pet urine which would need to contain a deodorizer.
