Jeannifer provides a fabulous massage. She is tuned in to areas of concern and her techniques provide relief and relaxation. The location in Branford provides easy access. The facilities are great. The front desk staff are welcoming and service oriented. Great experience.

The professionalism and knowledge of each massage therapist that I have used. The front desk ladies are very personalble.

Both therapists I have seen are absolutely incredible. For being a more “corporate” style massage spa, the therapists and receptionists make it feel so personal and “homey”.

Zaraya is the perfect therapist when you want a relaxing massage just to treat yourself.
Kayley is the perfect therapist if you need help with specific pain areas.

(Both are relaxing and helpful but they both have their special and unique gifts)

Health benefits

Always have a good experience here. Also like that you’re not pressured for a certain time period like the other two popular places. Moreover, Hand and Stone never seemed forthright about costs for services and communication regarding transactions was always confusing. Massage Envy wasn’t like this, but you have to stay with them for a certain time. Not only is Elements straight forward, the service has always been great.

Kendra is very knowledgeable! I come in, we speak on what ails me and she offers options on the path forward. I trust Kendra to take really good care of me. I always come out feeling better.

Alma dug into my calves and freed them from their knotted prison, as well as relieving shoulder tightness from a mountain bike injury. I am quite thankful.
