First of all the lobby smells great nice and relaxing! The staff is wonderful always asking if you need anything, and the massage! Wow always walk out feeling like a million bucks!
The staff was professional and welcoming from the time you enter the spa. Connie, my massage therapist, did an excellent job addressing areas of muscle soreness. The environment was very calm and relaxing. I would definitely recommend Elements to family and friends.

She started my massage on time. It was quiet outside my door. She did the type of pressure I asked for and hit the areas I asked for. I was able to speak with a human when scheduling my appointment and asking questions. My massage therapist did not smell. There are cups and water available in the lobby. Love the promotions that make it possible for me to come!
I loved everything about my hydrating facial. Diana is a true specialist, I even dozed off for a while. I was 10 minutes late and she still gave me the whole hour. Highly recommended

I don't know the young lady name at the front desk, but she was amazing. My flight was delayed and I left a message after hours to cancel my reservation. I spoke with her that morning and she assured me that everything was taken care of. I appreciate her and such wonderful customer service.10 stars!!!
