It was super easy to book an appointment and communicate with staff, and my massage therapist (Melissae) was so great! We had a good conversation before she started my massage about my health history and specifically what I wanted in a massage, which I really appreciated since I have several chronic medical issues. I felt so much more relaxed and less tense after my massage and will definitely be coming back!

I usually see Chris, but I had an extra session and scheduled it with Alex due to availability. Alex listened to my concerns about my chronic pain. He made me comfortable throughout the massage asking if the pressure was ok and talked me through his next steps. Since I had been working with Chris on specific areas, Alex did full body to give the other areas attention they very much needed. Alex was professional, extremely helpful, friendly and easy to get along with. I highly recommend Alex. I also highly recommend Chris, Tara, Sara, and Ed. Everyone at Elements of great. The facility is clean and I leave in a lot less pain than when I arrived. Thank you.
