Very professional. Very relaxing and the Himalayan hot stones helped my fibromyalgia. Liked Sarah alot as the masseuse. She was very good at communicating and knew the right amount of pressure I needed with my flareup. I wish I could have booked two hours with her!
Heather is an amazing massage therapist - professional bedside manner, and expert in loosening muscles. As an Executive Assistant, I carry my stress in my neck, shoulders and upper back. Regular, consistent, visits have resolved these issues and kept these areas in great shape. I've also experienced hip pain which ended up being tight muscles. With Elements, I love that they maintain a full staff of 12-15 well qualified LMT's across both Male and Female genders. The facility is consistently clean, well-maintained, and feels as though you're stepping into a quality experience. Tables are always comfortable, and front desk staff always friendly. Scheduling is available online, so if I wake up at 2am feeling the need for a massage, I can book it right then, not have to wait til they open. That also makes it far easier to recommend a therapist to potential new clients - I often log in to check availability to be able to say "well... so & so is open on Tuesday at 2p. If you'd like to book it, call them now!"
