La majorité des compagnies offre des estimations gratuites, donc si je me fait accompagner de ces experts lors de la visite initiales, je n'aurais pas besoin de payer pour une inspection et mon offre serais basé sur les estimations reçues.

Very professional, personable, and thorough.
As first time home buyers we were going in blind and buys a home with a septic, wood burning fire place and well. Jason was able to inspect all of the above and was very thorough. He took the time to walk us through each room pointing out everything from broken tiles, rotting wood to unsafe electrical work. He was open to answering all of our questions and wanted to ensure we felt comfortable running our new home. He provided reminders about when to have things like the fire place and furnace checked and provided time lines for replacing old equipment. Can’t recommend Jason and AmeriSpec enough!
