Larry was very professional, explained any issues or concerns.
I had the opportunity to be present during the home inspection, which gave me a clear understanding of the changes I’ll need to make to the home. Mr. Shawn was incredibly patient and thorough, taking the time to explain what he was doing and what he was looking for at each stage of the inspection. He made the entire process feel far less intimidating and much more personal, helping me understand not just what he saw, but what I can do to get the home into great shape.

The Inspection was very thorough.
The Inspector explained and showed us everything. He pointed out the things that may require service in the near future and some things that could be done differently to maximize its use more efficiently.
