Il y a eu un point soulevé concernant un robinet du bain qui avait un petit écoulement et l'inspecteur a indiqué qu'il y avait sûrement beaucoup de moisissure sous le bain. L'acheteuse a pris panique et ne voulait plus acheter ce condo... Il a fallut ouvrir dans le mur pour ainsi constater qu'il n'y avait aucune moisissure sous le bain.
