Fast w detailed report
C’est la 1re fois que je voyais cet l’inspecteur, il faisait son inspection et après expliquait ce qu’il voyait. Et quand il n’y acarien à détailler il disait je n’ai rien à dire. Habituellement il a des explications plus poussées à savoir pourquoi c’est bon ou pas bon. Ils éduquent les acheteurs. Je me suis senti mal pour la dame qui a payer pour ne pas se faire expliquer grand chose. Elle a reçu le rapport et en a fait la lecture mais ce n’est pas le genre d’inspection que je suis habituer de voir.
J'ai beaucoup apprécié le travail de Josée. Elle m'a donné beaucoup de bons conseils. Elle prend toujours le temps de répondre à mes questions et de m'expliquer comment je dois procéder pour réaliser mon projet. J'ai eu droit à un service amical et très professionnel de la part de Josée et aussi de la part de la fille très gentille qui est venue à la maison pour faire le travail de post-évaluation énergétique.
Un gros merci! et un gros Bravo à toute l'équipe d' AmeriSpec.

Too expensive! Second visit is not included. Rep was here for less than an hour and it cost $678.00. Even with travel time that's more than $300.00 an hour. That's just a license to steal!
The inspector was fantastic. David went into detail about what he was seeing, and very clearly explained the whole process. Felt very confident he knew what he was talking about and that we could trust his inspection.

La rapidité d’exécution!
Par contre, on m’avais dit qu’il serait deux inspecteurs, mais a 11h un des deux a quitté ce qui a retardé le processus. J’aurais aimé savoir que si l’eau n’était pas en fonction l’inspecteur n’allait pas l’ouvrir, l’avoir su avant j’aurais avisé le propriétaire de l’ouvrir. De cette façon l’inspecteur aurait pu faire les testes necessaires.

Very happy with the inspection. They took pictures and notes of every detailed and even went further than that. My buyer was able to understand the information and recommendations were also made to make sure the buyer was able to make the right decision as a first time home buyer.
