Customer service and communications were top notch. The inspector, Colleen, was so thorough and the report was very clean and detailed. She walked all parties through the whole entire house and pointed out all the material findings. The report neatly listed all the items in color coded order which makes it really easy to follow.

En tant que courtier immobilier , nous sommes occuper et 3h pour une inspection c'est très long. Nous travaillons avec des inspecteurs qui font un excellent travail comme votre inspecteur que j'ai rencontrer, cependant ça prend beaucoup moins de temps donc pour mes horaires charger je trouve que c'est plus simple. Mais celui que j'ai rencontrer expliquais bien, juste que je ne veux jamais arriver en retard à mes rendez-vous.
