Doug was extremely thorough in his inspection. We are purchasing a new construction, and I just assumed there wouldn’t be many things that needed fixed, but he found so many things that could save us from future headaches!
David and Albert were awesome! they kept us informed the entire time they were reviewing the home we were planning on purchasing. they were well equipped with proper equipment to give a thorough inspection. They kept the atmosphere light but when needed to be serious they knew the boundaries. we would recommend to family and friends.

I called Cal on a Friday and he was there Monday morning. He was friendly, professional and VERY thorough. He explained the process before he started because I had never been through it before. He also provided the inspection report quickly with detailed information and pictures. I am pleased with his work and would definitely use him again. He defiantly exceeded my expectations.
