Jeff was very thorough, he explained everything to me, and was very professional. He arrived early, began promptly, and did not cut corners. An added bonus is that he is also very personable. I highly recommend him!

We were unable to be there during the inspection but he kept me in the loop the entire time, emailing my report and following up over the phone at the exact time he said he would. We went over the inspection point by point and I did not feel rushed or confused at any time. He answered all of my questions and I would definitely use him again and suggest him to my friends and family.

Nos deux dernières inspections avec vous se sont moins bien passé qu'à l'habitude. Les inspecteurs ont sauté rapidement aux conclusions sans vérifier l'information et ainsi, induisant les acheteurs en erreur sur des petits points; confondant par exemple une A/C avec une thermopompe et un revêtement de vényl avec de la pierre. Nous sommes d'avis que l'inspecteur semblait un peu plus fatigué/blasé qu'à l'habitude en cette période occupé mais aimerions que vous reveniez à votre professionnalisme habituel.
Nous acconrdons une grande importance à la capacité d'un inspecteur à expliquer de façon claire à un acheteur les éléments qu'il doit savoir.
