Scheduling the inspection was so easy and Trevor, our inspector, completed a very thorough inspection and did an awesome inspection recap by phone with my out of town buyer. Trevor found a number of things to consider that a previous inspector had missed.
The people at Amerispec were great to deal with. They were very professional, punctual and provided great information on how to improve the efficiency of my home. They also looked after my application for the government rebates I was in titled to saving me the frustration of dealing with that. I will definitely have them back as I move forward with my home improvements.
Chase was an excellent serviceman, thorough and took the time to show me and explain where there were bigger and smaller issues.

The inspector was very nice but on the final he showed up at 10:15 when the appointment was for 2:15 and did not call to see if that was convenient. There were also a lot of muddy footprints left in our front hall from when he did the leakage test in the door. A call on the time change would have been appreciated and little more respect for our home.
