Amerispec is great. They are a great resource for who to call to set up utilities, services for your new home. Don't automatically refer people to ADT, or put new customers in contact with ADT right away. It is annoying to sit through the ADT sales pitch and they are pushy.

Reg arranged our audit very quickly with Justin. Justin provided feedback while he took measurements for the audit. Report was very thorough.

Professionally completed on time with a detailed accounting of each area required. A follow-up presentation on site to review the entire inspection was completed with full explanations and visual aids. This was later recapped electronically the same day.
