Professional and detailed.
Andrew is always very thorough and extremely clean. He always explains what he is doing and why he is approaching a task a certain way. He is quick to solve problems such as a tricky attic entry or deep snow blocking access! His reports arrive quickly and are very easy to understand! 10 stars!
David was very informative and thorough. Everything was explained very carefully and I felt very confident in his report. When I seemed overwhelmed he was very patient and kind, allaying my fears and concerns . I would recommend David 10/10.

The gentleman who came to do the energy audit was friendly, polite and thorough and answered all of my questions.
