Rapport est excessivement lourd du au grand nombre de redondance et un nombre important d’observation sont classifiés comme réparations alors qu’elles auraient pu et dû être classifiés comment entretien.
Le rapport et le ton de celui-ci donne plutôt une vision négative de la propriété; ceci est particulièrement présent dans les recommandations de référer à un entrepreneur licencié pour évaluer et corriger les dites observations ou dans les multiples recommandations pour l’acheteur d’obtenir les documents pertinents du vendeur.
Nous avons effectué notre inspection avec Alain et nous avons été extrêmement satisfaits de l’expérience. Notre rendez-vous était prévu à 13 h 30 et il est arrivé 45 minutes à l’avance afin de commencer l’évaluation extérieure. Alain a pris le temps d’expliquer chaque détail, ce qui nous a permis de nous sentir à l’aise de poser autant de questions que nécessaire.
Il était très minutieux et rassurant, ce qui nous a donné confiance en notre achat. Nous sommes extrêmement satisfaits de l’inspection et nous nous sommes sentis en confiance pour aller de l’avant avec notre décision. Je recommande fortement Alain à toute personne ayant besoin d’une inspection de propriété.
De plus, Alain était accompagné d’un apprenti et, si je me souviens bien, il s’agissait de son quatrième apprenti. Cela démontre clairement sa grande expérience dans le domaine de l’inspection résidentielle ainsi que ses vastes connaissances en construction et en rénovation.

Well where do I start with these folks? I have been using Amerispec for many years in my real estate business. I have many of my listings pre-inspected prior to being active in the MLS. When I work with buyers I always recommend Amerispec. Every time I need a home inspection these folks have always stepped up and fit me in. The office folks and the actual inspectors are absolutely incredible. The inspectors do not freak out your buyers they are very rational and level headed. As a realtor, this is so very important to me and my clients as well.

The audit experience was great. Henry gave a lot of practical advice. The final report was a little slow to arrive but all is good in the end.
The individuals conducting the inspection were top notch! They checked so many different places and area's, I was really surprised to see area's checked that I'd never considered.... until now!

Your service is very professional and your inspection report is very detailed.
Participated in the Greener Home Grant. Helped me take advantage of grant money to put more heat pumps when I didn’t think I qualified. We were up against the wire time wise but they prioritized our situation and made it a priority to ensure all other clients in similar situations were served as well. They even followed through with reminder e-mails and calls to make sure people met the deadline.
