This was not my first experience with Amerispec so I was familiar with the process. The inspector was timely, communicated well and took time to answer questions. He explained all his findings and provided the written report the same day. The report was easy to follow with detailed pictures which is extremely helpful. I would recommend Amerispec and would utilize the services again.
