It was smooth process, on time and efficient
We were onsite during the inspection and were really impressed with Michael’s thoroughness and professionalism. His observations and answers to a few questions that we had immediately showed his level of knowledge and experience. It gave us a lot of confidence in this step of the process.

Reg Deck is one of the best home inspectors I have come across in my real estate career. He's incredibly knowledgeable, approachable and friendly and very thorough. There was good communication from Amerispec before, during and after the inspection. Josh went over everything with us in detail during the walk through and helped us understand what the issues were pros and cons.
