The cost of a structural inspection is too much for us to consider.
No one contacted me the day of scheduled visit.
The price quoted was 2.5-3 times higher than any other quoted estimate. Not going to work out for us on this project.
DID'T GET THE IMPRESSION THAT THEY WERE INTERESTED IN FIXING THE GAPS. GAVE AN ESTIMATE OF $650.00 TO BE PAID IN CASH. WON'T BE HIRING THIS COMPANY NOW OR IN THE NEAR FUTURE.

Yes, the estimate given was entirely too high. I did my research prior and knew the average cost of the job we were requesting.
In addition to setting up the appointment for an estimate we were told someone would be out between the hours of 5:30pm - 7pm.
The contractor showed up at 3pm.

I found the estimator very dry and a bit dismissive. I don't know if he understood exactly what I was asking for but he didn't really ask any specific questions and just gave me a worksheet with a bunch of permit prices on it. Needless to say, I'm going with another contractor who can work with me and listen to me.

Other contractors could do two driveway in the neighborhood for that price

WAS TOLD THAT THE JOB TO CLOSE GAPS ON KITCHEN FLOOR WAS TOO SMALL. AND THAT THEY ONLY DO WORK THAT WILL COST $750.00 AND UP. WHAT A CRAP!
I had an appointment for an estimate between 1 and 2:30 pm. The technician called me around 3:30 to say he had gotten held up and was on his way. I needed to be somewhere at 4, so I had to cancel the appointment. It would have been nice to get a call before or at least during my appointment time to say that he was running late.
Quote was over twice as much as the two previous quotes. Super expensive!
