As I called last Monday, someone came and evaluated my roof and said he will send me email to let me know the cost of the job, since then I haven't heard from him.So I have my roof licking, I need it to be repaired or to have a new one.Let me know how you can help me.

The estimate was out of our budget
I paid my deposit a week ago and do not have a date for construction.
The man who came to give me estimate struggled to get up my stairs. He was extremely out of breath.
Then he measured (imprecisely) my sliding glass door and gave me a total amount of money within 10 seconds. He gave me no explanation of what is involved or how that price was determined.
When I asked the brand name of the sliding door to be installed, he struggled to come up with the name Simonton. He gave no explanation of the features of the proposed door.
This was an extremely disappointing. I have NO desire to hear from anyone from your company again.

Your estimator never gave me an estimate after coming to my home and when leaving he said I would have it in an hour and a half. Here we are 3 days later, no estimate and no response to two emails.
I was supposed to receive a written estimate soon after their visit on Thursday, October 22. I never received a written estimate and emailed Matt Lucas a few times to encourage him to get that to me. My insurance company is waiting for a written estimate. I am now contacting other contractors to do the job.. Name removed

I am still waiting on contract and scheduling of repair work. Been weeks. Do not get call back from my messages left. Do not get reply back from e-mails I sent. I need this work repair done before winter.

You're representative was very polite, funny and professional. However, your estimate was 3x higher then the other 4 quotes that I received. That is why I've decided to go with someone else.

The cost estimate seems excessive for installing 6 32 square inch tiles in a bathroom plus painting.

My salesman DeVaughn Mellerson, does NOT answer emails or Texts, I have paid for two windows that have since been installed by Mike who was great. I am getting the run around regarding the doors. I do not even really know what doors I am getting. DaVaughn has sent me pictures of so many different interior and exterior doors and when I question him regarding the doors I am not satisfied with his answers. This started back in June and I still don't know if the doors have been ordered or exactly what doors I am getting. So very frustrated. Sent this email twice now and HAVE NOT RECEIVED A RESPONSE. Help me, please!!

The doors look right, however I have a few questions.
Does the window in the interior door have glass, looks like the window is shaded? I want to be able to look out of the window.
The exterior door definitely has the screen in it to be able to open, correct?
Also, since we have waited so long with so many issues I was hoping to get some kind of discount.
Is this something that I should call the company directly about?
I am still very worried about this whole situation, I am concerned that once the doors get here and are ready to be installed I find something not right and I won't have any recourse. Do I have any warranty with the doors if something goes wrong?
This whole thing has me second guessing myself.

Never received an estimate
Well, the person who takes window measurements (Cannon Courtney?) was supposed to call 30 min. before coming today. I stayed home and waited...I could have called to find out what's up but I shouldn't have to. It is 6:40pm...too dark to measure outside if needed. I received no call and he is a no show. Is this how you do business? I know it's just for one window but the window replacement is (overpriced at) almost $2300...not chump change. I will be following up with Angie's List and requesting a refund from you if you are not interested in doing the job. At this point a discount would be appreciated if you are going to actually replace my window.

this was a very good visit and estimate. just a little over my budget at this time. However they where very friendly and patient and had good feedback.
Ryan (sales/estimator) was very professional. Everything was explained in a timely and fair manner.
