Never received the quote for French doors.
I’m disappointed in the process of selecting door options and getting estimates. I really got to SEE no options from sales books nor have I gotten estimates. I have an odd sized front door, but I didn’t get any real options for solving this and I even provided an option myself - a transom window - but I’m still waiting on an estimate 3.5 weeks later. I remember my first experience with your company, and it was so much more professional.
Not impressed with the individual that came to my home to provide the review and estimate. Seemed more interested in painting a far worse situation than finding and providing a cost to repair the damaged area.

Instead of doing the whole roof, it was only a small place on the roof that needed to be repaired or replaced.
The person did not go onto the roof to inspect it to see if it needed to be replaced. Just took measurements from the ground and sent me a quote.
Plus he rushed off to his next appointment so I did not see the estimate until after.

I love the quality of the products they sell. I very pleased with how particular Woodland is when they install a window or door. They measure repeatedly and they make sure that the product is air tight! I have a window that is 30 years old and is just as good as the day it was installed. I have recommended Woodland many times to friends and family!
