Your salesman was late and I canceled because the same issue happened 4 years ago. Glenn didn't call until he was already late.
I had an appointment for Thursday between the hours of 2:30 and 4:00 the contractor called and said he was running late and could I wait a little longer I agreed to wait approximately 40 minutes later I called him ,he said he was in traffic so I asked him could he come the next day he said yes there was no specific time frame and he would call before coming ,I waited most of the day and never received a call so as of right now I'm very disappointed and not sure if I should use ur services
Paying the entire cost of the project
less $300 BEFORE any work is done (deposit & at start of start date due of total $1.3K) is unacceptable. Coupled with, there is no mention of a projected schedule timeline (e.g., work to comence within "x" days of deposit received or the duration of the project is "x" hours or days) in the contract...
Your pricing is competitive but your contracts T/C = too many red flags for me.

The over priced estimate.
Initially the person who came by told me that they would charge me 9k to cut out some drywall to get a better evaluation of what the structural problem. That was a ridiculous quote which was way higher that the other estimates I have been getting. The estimate I received via email said 2500. A massive difference.

Lot of back and forth and scheduling issues just trying to get a simple estimate. Almost 2 weeks and a lot of follow-up needed from me the customer. Still waiting on estimate.

Your price was 2-3 times higher than every other proposal. And your 'salesman' was a bit too pushy when he was here. We were just not comfortable with your company or your proposal, so we've found someone else.
For Handy work task that need immediate attention, that homeowners cannot tackle, they are spot on and do a great job!

Beltway Builders has twice diagnosed and fixed difficult issues with our house. One was a hard to find leak and the other a broken duct. I appreciate having experts I can call on to get the job done right the first time.
Prices, 3 bathroom windows price was about 1/3 cost of rest of house done in 2016 (29) windows. Do you see my issue.
