Great quality and friendly people!
The guys who came out were prompt and professional. The estimate they sent was expensive, however, so we’re still thinking about it.
Not comfortable about giving deductible before getting approval for work by the insurance company.

The solution Ray shared with me was cost prohibitive.
I received an extremely high quote for the repairs. I also requested an itemized quote, which I did not receive. The quote that I received included a comment stating that I was not friendly. He stated that wanted him to leave my house immediately following the inspection, and that I requested the quote via E-mail. Because of Covid, I am limiting any extended interaction with people-that was my reason for requesting that the quote be sent via E-mail.
I will not be using your company because the quote was too high, and I do not think my "unfriendly" nature is suited for your company.

Product features, warranties and customer service.
No one ever got back to me after coming out to look at the work that needed to be done. I never even got the estimate for the work. No one even contacted me to say that they couldn’t do this type of work. So no I would not refer this company to any one.
