Very quick to respond and set up appointments on the spot estimate and stay in contact during the work.
Your "salesman" had a laptop with no power. He seemed to have wanted to leave minutes after we sat down. The quote he gave us was outrageous.

If the doors are made of gold then I understand but, this is rediculous.
I don't know if it was because of my last name or something but, he never brought us any samples. On top of it all, he askes us What type and style of doors we want??? Hello??? He is in "Sales" shouldn't he make suggestions??? Never again

Communications
The quote for the bilco doors will be presented to the Board at our July meeting (7/31/25) and the sanding/painting will probably be approved. But was wondering if you would sand blast and paint one of the doors so we can see the difference in the two processes. Based on how good the sandblasting/painting looks we would consider that process for the next round of upkeep while in the meantime our community would contribute to a reserve funds set up for that process on the bllco doors in the not too distant future.

Sales representative Joshua D. was professional and took time to listen to our needs and concerns. His knowledge of the Infinity line addressed some of our questions.
- The estimator did not seem interested in helping me with my project.
- He was not willing to be transparent about the prices
- He did not complete the estimate as we discussed initially even though I sent him an email about it as soon as he left
- And was about to go through my place in his shoes if I did not stop him

Price.
The estimator came to the house. Said he would send me the estimate in 10 minuets Two days later, still no estimate.
I got a $5700 estimate to seal coat a 3700 square foot driveway. The second estimate I got for the same service was $1600. Do you think I will ever contact your company to handle any future projects.
I am going to buy $500 worth of materials from Home Depot and do the job myself.

3. Haven’t gotten a written estimate for interior remodeling, but got one for back yard fence only - I did send an email requesting to get the estimate but haven’t seen it yet.
If I’m having trouble now, I fear that work will be delayed or not properly done.
Price was thousands better at Pella with much shorter lead times.
I called to get a quote then I changed my mind you all canceled the order with no issues. Next time I need service I will call for a quote!
Cost is a big factor with our decision. We prefer the Marvin Infinity windows but the overall cost was over our anticipated cost for a whole house project. We’ve had purchased and installed an Anderson Wood Patio door from Woodland and we are extremely happy with the installation. We even recommended you to my brother in Chicago that recently had a double French door installed.
Ryan is good to work with, always responds quickly, no issue there.

Friendly knowledgeable staff, well equipped showroom with samples of all the products we were considering. No nonsense, low pressure sales technique. Our needs were the number one priority. We didn't feel that we were being misled or pushed in any particular direction.

Great detailed explanation of window & door replacement process and quality of materials.
Unfortunately the cost is greater than we had hoped.
I wanted an estimate for my outside roof and all I got from the estimator was a look at my inside bedroom ceiling and determined I needed a whole new roof. I was very disappointed, at least explain to me where on my roof was so bad it needed to be replaced.
So far communication
At this point, we have only had the initial meeting to discuss the project and get an estimate. I am unable comment on the service as no work has been done to date.
