Three days from estimate visit to receipt of proposal makes me question timeliness.

You didn’t Show up for the appointment Saturday morning and didn’t contact me until Monday and then only by email.
I have 3 other companies that are showing up for original appointments or contacting us in advance by phone to reschedule
It was a instant response back we set up a meet up to discuss my project. Then the next day the salesman was at my house right at 5:30. I had a 5:30-7:00 window and did not have to wait around wondering if he was coming or not.
The contractor I spoke with says he can deal with my insurance company and make sure he gets paid. That sounds good to me because I don't follow how they evaluate the contractors invoices.

The first visit was completely unhelpful and Beltway actually sent me a message suggesting a follow up, which i scheduled and then the technician did not show up and when I called the main office there was no explanation. Thorough waste of time.
Searching for a less expensive product. If none found, I will return to BB as I have a month.
Sales agent Tom was excellent . He represented blind enclosed patio doors ,different glass
features advantages, wood & vinyl features & etc. The product I would most likely have
preferred, was too over my budget. I have been a long time graboyes customer , and the quote
was still out of consideration. If the economy ever settles .I shall continue to make Graboyes
my to go window & door shop.

I'm getting two more estimates next week. Volpe Windows and Renewal by Anderson. Tom quoted me $6,800.00 for 6 new replacement windows and installation and that seems high to me. Over $1,100.00 per window etc. I forgot to ask Tom exactly how much each window cost.
Cost.
There are other windows companies that may be less expensive but none can match Woodlands’ continued professionalism, honesty, quality workmanship and windows. From setting up the appointment to meeting with Phil who is outstanding with ideas and suggestions and the rest of the process, everyone from each step is fantastic at what they do. I also love your marquee with the positive quotes. When I drive by I always make a point to read what you have posted.
I received a call from Patrick on Thursday 5/19/22, asking if I still had a need for floor work. Surprised, I said YES! I explained to Patrick that Beltway had been out to my place last year, (professional, but I forget who it was) and walked around, and suggested I should call a home renovation company. Patrick said, well...we have a new project manager now. So as not to waste anyone's time, I wanted to ENSURE Patrick knew the work I'm talking about. I'm trying to fix squeaky floors in my top floor condo that are bothering me and my neighbor below. I explained to Patrick that I believed the scope of work involved, 1) take up the carpet and padding, 2) REMOVE the parquet floor underneath, 3) ASSESS and propose remediation to the wood subfloor underneath.....4) but the existing carpet and padding back. Patrick assured me Beltway could do the work. Appt. Scheduled for 10am on Saturday 5/21. I actually CALLED Beltway afterward to confirm that it wasn't a scam or someone else. They said they had me in their system and CONFIRMED MY ADDRESS. Saturday...no call, no show! By 10:15am, I realized I had Patrick's phone number from the Thursday call. I seemed to catch him offguard. I asked him where he was. He said, wait....WHERE do you live again? I said Gaithersburg. He said, "OH SORRY! We're no longer doing work in Montgomery County!" Since THURSDAY?!? "Yeah...we have a new project manager and aren't serving Montgomery County at this time." I do not believe this changed from a Thursday afternoon to Saturday. You knew (or should have known) that I live in Montgomery County when you called me or when you decided to make the appointment! Perhaps when I called Beltway on Friday, ...when they confirmed my address...they should have told me then?!? And no courtesy call until I called Patrick Saturday morning to learn he wasted my time. PATHETIC!!

I have gotten about three estimates for different projects from your company in the last 3 yrs. Your estimates are always far higher than most. When the phone rep. texted me soliciting business I told her your estimates are always too high. She pleaded for me to give you guys another shot and I did. Greg was very sociable and pleasant but his estimate was $795. I contacted TaskRabbit and for $26 per hour they successfully completed my project in 2 1/2 hrs. ENOUGH SAID!
So far we have received answers to all questions.
