When I search for a service online, your company contacts me when I have not asked to be contacted. Your rep appears at my house offering an unrelated service and is unqualified to evaluate the service I am interested in.

All that was done so far was an inspection of the areas needing work and a quote to do the work.
The estimator was very knowledgeable and provided a good, detailed quote.

Replacement windows in a condo building are pricey. Those of us living in buildings are locked in to a particular window without choices.

Asked for a breakdown of quote, don’t have that yet. Most but not all of what was discussed in quote. Quote seems extraordinarily high, but I can’t tell if that was just part of the project or if everything was generally high. Based on what I have how I don’t think it’s cost effective though.
