Price - of the 4 vendors we spoke to, you were the most expensive for our project.

Fast and efficient quote, all questions answered, feel comfortable that the installation will be as efficient.
So far I'm happy however, we'll see if things run as smoothly Friday afternoon.
I was pleased with Patricia's promptness and impressed with her calling to see if we were available for an earlier visit. She was knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Normally I would wait for the other appointments to get a feel for what would be available but Patricia knew exactly what needed to be done and said her team could complete the job this Friday, 21 Oct 22.
We'll have everything ready for when they show - we'll see what happens.

The person who came to my home was polite and informative. Unfortunately, the quote he gave me was higher than all the other quotes that I have received.
I have not yet received an estimate. It has been 4 days and there has not been any correspondence. This company has been calling me for a year and now that I allow them come give me a quote I have not gotten communication.
Tony was smart to the point. Answered my Questions to get it done. He was friendly and efficcent
I chose to back out because a family member will clean my gutters. Never contact me again.

Honest and upfront about timing.
I was never given an Estimate on building a shed and the driveway together all I was told was it's a little under 9000
Although the Salesman was very friendly and non pressuring in his sales approach, he was not very knowledgeable about the patio door we were interested in. The brochure for the product also lacked important info that we needed to compare to other products.
Also 32 week lead time is just ridiculous!
Pricing as proposed is 30% high on other bids.
Delivered the wrong product twice. Please remember to measure twice. Receiving the wrong size cabinets twice delayed project completion by 2-3 weeks. This meant my kitchen was not available for use. No consideration was provided for your mistakes. The supervisor installed my granite top in backwards. I had to tell him the cut part goes to the rear? I understand you do decks but your proficiency scares me.
Eric, has not followed up with a quote, questions, or anything. I guess he’s out, that’s fine, it would be nice to know. I did place a follow up phone call too.
Other than that, everything else was fine.
So far scheduling and responsive was quick
Received an estimate from another company that offered more suggestions for my project.
My sales rep . Patrick was awesome. He was informative and answered all my questions. When I was uncertain about what window for my kitchen he gave me great suggestions and even came back with a sample window. I had a couple reservations about Alside and reassured me for sure. He has the utmost confidence in Graboyes which was ver reassuring.

The man who came to give me the estimate gave me the feeling that the job would be done as I wished and done well.
Quick response from customer service. The rep who came to my house was very prompt, professional and pleasant. He emailed the estimate quickly and the contract was completed the next day. I paid the deposit; just waiting to schedule a date to have the work completed.
Too expensive of a project with engineering costs, not worth the investment
