Despite an email response to your original contact and a phone call to your office I never got an estimate or a no bid. Close the loop. Very poor customer service.
Representative who came to do free estimates was very rude. He almost yelled at me when I said that I don’t like the rate which was really high. Won’t work with these kind of people even for free.
The only reason we aren't continuing to evaluate projects is we need a repair that is small. We will keep the business in mind for future larger projects and have the business card.
Glenn was very nice and informative.
During the initial visit with the estimator, he indicated that the project would be approximately $1000 and that he would send me the written later that day. When I received the estimate, it was $1600, which was totally unacceptable!
You are always double everyone else and I told the the tank the call, the visit was a big waste of time

The communication with the receptionist and tech was very bad. They were on two different pathways.

Project manager Tony is awesome! He answers questions and concerns promptly and work is awesome. As a new homeowner to an older home, I have used Beltway builders for numerous projects and will continue to do so as the work is 10/10 Highly Recommended!!!

We still have not received a quote even after reaching out several times. It has been almost 2 weeks since our initial meeting for measuring and looking at the doors, etc.

Estimate was a bit higher than expected. Used another service , but would consider BB again for another job.

The oral estimate was $1500. The written estimate was about $150 more. There was a 3% charge for a credit card payment.
The company that got the job came in at $400 less, with paint included, and is here now doing the work. They are based in Elkridge. The owner came and gave us the estimate. His son and another workman are doing the work. Both have over 20 years experience.
We love working with Phillip. He is punctual, professional and polite.

The estimate I received for replacement windows was wildly excessive.
Waited hours for you not to show up and we’re told when I called that I had cancelled the appt. I confirmed in a text and never called to cancel. Was told by your customer service that you did not do the type of work I requested. A simple phone cal from you would have been appreciated and professional. Very disappointed customer.
