It's taking me awhile to read everything. I would also like to make changes to the inside of the door to a stain to match frame. Pictures of the Georgian lockset. Is it possible to see the tinted storm door glass and is that charge included. I don't see pictures of the windows or what the grouping looks like together. Thank You Donna
Waiting for a quote now for a while.....
Very professional and on time
Yes I’ve been waiting 3 weeks for an estimate for a forward entry door quote. The sales rep came to my house and I still don’t have an estimate. Not sure if he very knowledgeable about the products and services. I’ve been patiently waiting. I shared with him the venders name and style. I wasn’t sure about the stain color, but other than that not sure what the delay is.
Tony was professional and knowledgeable.
Haven’t met with them yet.
Knowledge of sales person when in my home doing the initial measurement of my windows.
After receiving my initial quote, today I am following up with him with questions.

I made the appointment for your salesman to come out. I wasn't told that the free estimate process was supposed to take 2 hours. The salesman told my husband that he was supposed to have 2 hours with him. We did not prepare for this and did not have that amount of time. He was at our home for 1 hour. At the end of the hour, he wanted to give a demonstration with our hose. By this time, we had another appointment and had to ask him to leave. Your salesperson did not seem very happy about this. The experience was not a good one.
Beltway Builders, Inc. personally came out to our home, discussed what we wanted done, and provided an estimate as promised.
I called thw person who came our and office to get my work scheduled aftwr paying down payment and have yet ti gwt a call back.

Despite an email response to your original contact and a phone call to your office I never got an estimate or a no bid. Close the loop. Very poor customer service.
Representative who came to do free estimates was very rude. He almost yelled at me when I said that I don’t like the rate which was really high. Won’t work with these kind of people even for free.
The only reason we aren't continuing to evaluate projects is we need a repair that is small. We will keep the business in mind for future larger projects and have the business card.
Glenn was very nice and informative.
During the initial visit with the estimator, he indicated that the project would be approximately $1000 and that he would send me the written later that day. When I received the estimate, it was $1600, which was totally unacceptable!
