We are seeking someone to repair an existing door.
They gave a great quote and got info back to me in a timely matter. The personnel on the phone and the person who came out to take the measurements was very professional.
They gave a great presentation and were very friendly. I just couldn't afford your services. You guys do great work. Nothing bad to say about the company but y'all got bills to pay.

I got a human voice not a recording and the estimater was scheduled in a timely manner
We had 4 quotes. Yours was over double the highest quote. Mike was friendly and knowledgeable. No complaints as far as personnel. Quote was just too high.
Dave was very professional and had great ideas for the work we need done. We are still awaiting estimates on the work and look forward to getting them soon.
We just have done the proposal at this time but even if we wait until spring (our choice - medical reasons), we definitely will be contacting Mike. Thank you!
I wanted a triple pane window but could only get a double. A double paned is Not the same as a triple pane.
The sales person was not wearing mask properly, he couldn’t hear me good ,and was moving with difficulty I was very worried that he could take a fall and get heart on my property ,and he was very rude trying to make me signed the contract with him right away so I just called for an estimate not to have anybody to come here and signed up a contract, and in the top of everything it’s seems like that he wasn’t keen on doing business with a Foreigner black woman as a homeowner !!! So for that I will say thanks but no.

The estimate was far too expensive. The estimator was early which was okay, but the result was far from what I thought would be even fair. It was a WASTE of my time.

The visit by your contractor on October 3rd, 2020, Saturday morning was a complete disaster! First of all the contractor arrived at 10:30 a.m. instead of between 11:30-1:00pm. The contractor knocked on the door and insisted that we come out to have a face to face discussion. I specifically indicated to your office that I did not want to have a face to face with the contractor due to the pandemic, which your company agreed to. I also provided pictures in my email to your company to avoid face to face contact. When the contractor insisted I come out, I told him to give me 5 minutes to get my mask and I would be out. Prior to him ringing the doorbell the contractor left a rude voicemail on my cell phone indicating that he was aware of the no contact agreement but he still wanted me to come out anyway.
After, I went outside it went down hill from there! The contractor wanted to discuss why he wanted me to come out to have a face to face. Instead of having an unnecessary conversation I immediately wanted to discuss the work. Apparently, he did not like that. Instead of giving me an estimate he attempted to give me his business card!!! I was expecting an estimate!
When I told him to put his business card on the car instead of handing it to me directly because of the pandemic, the contractor that you sent to my home became very rude. He started yelling and cursing at me in my driveway as I walked into my garage. I then walked out of my garage and told him he was “messing with the wrong person”, he then started up his car and drove away.
How dare you send such a rude person to my home to insult me when your company had agreed to a no contact contractor who would provide me with an estimate. I never received an estimate but what I did receive was someone who disrespected me in the driveway of my own home.
I have security cameras around my home which captured all of the rude behavior from the contractor (Howard Bottiger) you sent to my home! This should be reported to his manager!
This is my first contact with Beltway Builders. I have no past experience to be able to comment.

I didn't feel that I was given a thorough assessment of my needs and options. I was offered one type of window at the in person visit, but then learned via email that this was not available in the size I need so I was sent a price quote and pamphlet on the product that is available. I feel that if making a $60,000 purchase I should be provided with answers to questions that I don't even know I should ask since I know next to nothing about windows.
I was told nothing about product warranty , etc.
