I didn't find the individual to be very professional in fact was very argumentative and aggressive.
Very professional
Representative did not come at 8:30 as planned. He came at 11:30 and expected me to be there. He did not call to say there was a delay. He knew very little about house painting and could not give me details as to how it would work. He took pictures.
I would still like an estimate as to the cost.

The cost of the some of the repairs was was beyond what I was expecting based on similar repair cost averages I had researched. Tightening a banister for $650 and replacing just a mounting bracket and doing some rewriting , not the replacing the entire electrical panel, costing $4,500 seems excessive.
We thought the estimate was high and the person who will do the work is someone we have never met and know nothing about.
The experience is wonderful comma except for the price. I assume that being a large company, you've got quite a bit of overhead.
The smaller contractors came in at a price point quite a bit lower than yours.

Yes, the proposed installation did not address the specific problem of water damage I have with the existing door and sill. You didn't propose anything different than I have now, which leaks badly.
