Price is the biggest factor at the moment.
A lot of extra services were proposed that didn't really seem to address the problem. Your company came up in response to a handyman request on Angi. The response was one of a major contractor. We did not seem to be on the same page.
Representative seemed distracted and didn’t appear interested in my business.
This was confirmed by the fact he never sent a proposal.

Nothing, the quote was too high for the amount of work we needed done. The reprecentive was kind and thoughtful when looking the job over.
They took $450 of my hard earned money for an assessment that every other contractor gave me for free. I only wrote the check because I was under the impression that they had an expert who knew how to fix metal roofs. They caught me at a venerable time, trying to stop the next rainfall from pouring in through the roof and causing any further damage.
But all I got for my $450 was NOTHING! They gave me the same evaluation as the other contractors, I need a new roof. Never pay these people up front for anything!
Your representative was 40 minutes late when he called to say he’s running late.
So far, everything I’ve researched that was presented to me during the estimate checks out as valid.
Schedling process was painful and confusing.

My deck was scheduled to be complete this week and it wasn't until I reached out that I knew there was a delay. Also I'm concerned with the contractors leaving all their tools and material on my property not returning to at least cover them during rain and to avoid injury if anyone walks in that area
Nothing that I can think of. I’ve chosen another contractor for this project, but I’ll consider you for future projects.
The meeting with Joshua was extremely helpful. Doors and windows, as well as installation and services appear to be very high quality. We are still meeting with other companies and will then make a final decision. We were disappointed with the six month delay in actual installation once a contract is finalized. At this point Woodland remains a viable option for us.
Communication and following through with service.

It was, overall, an acceptable experience. People were friendly, informative, and not pushy. My main complaint is that your company and its automated systems don't seem to be in sync. I got multiple automated emails, texts, etc. that sometimes contradicted what I had already covered either by phone, by email, or in person. It was a bit irritating, but it did not contribute to our decision not to proceed with the project at this time. We would consider Beltway Builders again if we decide on this or another project.
