The two gentlemen who came were knowledgeable and good at explaining things however the price offered was much higher than those proposed by other painters.

Thank you for your efforts but, so far, it seems to me that the prices are unnecessarily high.

The quoted estimate for completing a rug stretching for less that 1/2 section of a room that measures only 21'x 24' exceeded the amount paid for rug stretching for four rooms previously. Also, the amount quoted did not coincide with the amount documented in a write up. The promotional discount dropped an estimated $862.50 to $741.74. As I shared with Mr. Gonzales, I would never have entertain paying that amount. As I shared with him, I did not expect more than $150. I probably would have paid $200 maximum. It may be a job that I will take on myself as I am experienced in doing small renovations.

I did not use Beltway Builders because of the cost.

The cost was 2x of two companies I checked with and over 2x for the one I actually went with.

The service has been excellent. They’ve explained their product compared to other products on the market without throwing competitors under the bus. Very professional.

The price was 60 % higher then others

The call center misled me as to what to expect. I was told that work would be finished at the time of estimate which is not true. Also the company was aware of the scope of work which was quite small, yet the estimator advised that there was a minimum dollar amount for each job. Had I known this in advance I could have not scheduled with them or had time to identify additional work needed. I feel that both my time and the estimator ‘s time was wasted.

Because I told you I contracted with someone else and you won't STOP BUGGING ME.

You costs for the door exceded then cost of another bid by $1,500 for a similar door.

Beltway Builders proposal was very good. However, a closer look at my current budget shows that the money would be put to better use elsewhere.

Estimator was over 1 and a half hour late so we canceled

I was told to expect a phone call yesterday. I am waiting one more day before calling your office

I was bombarded with phone calls and text messages immediately after requesting information. It was a holiday weekend and I asked to be called on Tuesday, but the phone calls continued over the weekend.
Once we scheduled a time for a free consultation, I re-arranged my work schedule to make sure I was home in time, and then the representative never showed up.

The man you sent was very knowledgeable and friendly.
