The driveway will not be repaired or replaced at this time.
I can’t say anything about the products because the project has not begun yet. However the project manager was knowledgeable of my issues surrounding my deck and even made a call to Sherwin Williams about their paint and stain in which was put on my deck by another company 2-1/2 yrs ago and it looks terrible. I just hope that when your company do the project I will be satisfied with my deck and your workmanship.
THE PRICE WAS HIGHER THEN OTHER LIC. CONTRACTORS FOR THE SAME JOB.
Hours late to my home tied up my day.No ladder to assess the damage on the roof.Just poor over all period. Look like you all need new Managment no pride in your company.
I am awaiting a couple other proposals, won't make a decision before mid-next week.
It was a small job I needed help with. I wish the rep had told me up front the minimum amount. Then I would not have scheduled and waited around 21/2 hours for an estimate.

The Project Manager was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I loved the speed at which l had the assessment or inspection visit. Finally, the price was within my budget.

Rep. DIDN'T go Up on ROOF to ASSESS issue. Took pictures from the ALLEY. Then Advised a COSTLY Test to "TRY" to "FIND" the PROBLEM.
I need to cut costs. If you would consider assembling my gazebo that would be great.
Sales person would arrive approx 1 hr outside given window. I had plans and said that his arriving that much later wouldn't work for me. He got an attitude but said someone would call to reschedule.
Someone called but spoke so fast we couldn't understand what they said.
Price was sky high. But Estimator was on-on-time and very responsvie.

Promptness, and honesty
The technician came an hour before the scheduled window of 1-2:30 with no call ahead of time. He didn’t leave any information (contact or cost details) and when I called the main office they said that a manager would call me back. I’m still waiting on that call. Based on this experience, I would not hire nor would I recommend this company to anyone.
This is my first experience with this company. I was very impressed with the sales person who came to our home. He was very knowledgeable about all the companies products and services.
For one- I thought it was a free estimate. There was nothing on the web site that let me know there may be some typebof fee. Coming up with 550 was not what I expected and nothing even suggested there may be some cost so I could have been prepared.
I still don't know the possible cost or issue.
I have other projects but have to see what happens with this :(
Honest salesperson and good quality product.
Price for job was in my opinion way over priced.

Replace 1 32" wide by 30" high gate.
Price quoted 1000.00
I might have accepted 500.00 for labor and materials. But not 1000.00
Maybe you priced it that way to avoid the job. Don't know and at this point it doesn't matter. I will seek someone who is interested in earning customers to do the job.

You are very unresponsive and no one answers your phones or gets back to us when contacted. We have a contract now and no one has even contacted us about the deposit!
Late to appointment no ladder to assess damage.Long drawn out process on a leaking roof with more damage being caused you all are terrible. My first time exsperience was very dissapointing.
