I was told they couldn’t clean my 3rd level siding on my townhome. And, to clean 2 levels on the side (half brick and half siding) and the back (all siding), plus a 12x18 composite deck, would take all day. It would cost $1200 approximately. I guess they thought because I’m a female I’m stupid. It will not take 8 hours to pressure clean basically half of my townhome (due to equipment limitations) which is the side and back, plus deck. Worst case it would take approximately 4 hours…. I thought, why advertise pressure cleaning when you can’t do height? And lastly, your prices are ridiculous…

Too expensive, the project manager was not helpful, other companies suggested ideas and worked with us to help make a plan that best suited our needs, he was also over an hour late to meet.

Person did not call when arrived. Person thought I was not home so he left and I was in the background with my phone
I booked an appointment to meet with someone for an estimate on a Saturday between 10am-11:30am. I was supposed to get a call to let me know they were on their way, but it never came. I waited around for hours, and I called to find out what was going on. I was told that someone would be contacting me about the appointment shortly after that, but THAT call never came either. Very, very disappointing.
I had an appointment twice for someone to meet me onsite. The first time, the first person was two hours past the scheduled meeting window. The second appointment, no one ever called, when I called the main office, they never called back. My time was wasted both time. If I was treated this way trying to get an estimate, I dont want to even start business with them.

minimum costs for a project. The estimator informed me that he had a minimum of $650.00 before he could approve any work.
The saleman listen to what i wanted. He was able to provide me with a price that was in my range. Most of all he did not pursure me.
