1st appointment no show, called same woman who booked appt said wasn't on schedule. But had email. Gave another chance explained I was available ony from 10-11:30 . Said ok 10 then told me 10-1 on email. . Sorry but that wasn't satisfactory for me

The cost of the project is extremely high. I can Purchase a new fence instead of having the work done.
I think the pricing is a little hidden because I couldn’t get a line item estimate.
I also wish to eliminate the fence gates and add a new shower door.
The project was well above my budget.

Have the project manager on sight at the time of repair or restoration. Get a complete and accurate quote.
Although the contractor was very nice; the quote that I received was excessive for the scope of work to be done. If this is how your contractors price their work, i will not be using this service again to find my service providers.
I understand everyone needs to make profit but when a company quotes a price a realize costumer is shocked over it Then I receive a reduced quote it’s like buying a used car
