Other than the initial contact and confirmation of our scheduled appointment this weekend, nothing else seems professional about the company. No one showed up for the appointment. I called the office to find out if there was a delay. I was told that a manager would contact me, but as of Monday morning, I'm still waiting. I left one follow-up text this today, and still no answer. That's enough for me. Even if the company couldn't do the project I requested service for, a simple reply would have been appropriate.
The service was great! Howard was very helpful with explaining how my project would be executed. He was able to discuss why and how things work or don’t.
My neighbors remark how good the work looks.

Sent my concerns to Our project manager Tony but not feeling confident in the work of the person they sent to perform multiple jobs.
It's hard to grade you since you have not done anything yet. The 5 ranking was because you did not follow up with us after our initial estimate visit until I had to call Angie's to complain. Then, boom, you returned our calls and texts! And you are supposed to be here today. We shall see.
So...based on that, a 5 ranking is generous.
I am still to hear about scheduling the date after paying advance. I will update after the work is done.
