The product is good, but out of my price range.
Was expecting an estimate on Thursday evening. I have not received it as of Saturday at 10:30pm.
Rep did not arrive on time and we were unable to meet to discuss the (rather expensive in our opinion) quote that he left after he came out to look on his own at the deck that we want to have stained. We have elected to use another company.

Yes. Ur guy was full of it re getting engineer out etc and $5500.00 before we ever got to estimate which was abt $10,000 or $12,000. Had 2 others so far and they never said a thing like that. I definitely would not recommend ur company. Please don’t contact me again. We really had a bad experience.

I made the appointment at 7:00pm because that was one of the time slots provided and my husband would be home by then. The tech came at 5:45pm. Which was over an hour early. I was still fixing dinner and tending to my children but went along because he was already at my house. This was our first time getting quotes and after telling the tech our ideas he basically dismissed them because of the price of the job. His only suggestion was if I wanted that much work done I needed a new house. His exact words!! I knew then that beltway builders wasn’t the right company for us. Customer service is important to me and so are first impressions.
They were prompt, courteous, and had a very good knowledge of what they were doing.

Pricing seems fair, no high pressure sales
My appointment was yesterday, 10/7, at 1:30. The gentleman called me at 2:45 and said he’d be by soon. I asked him why he was so late and he said “they” double-booked him. I asked him why he didn’t call me to tell me that and we could have re-scheduled and he had no answer.
That sent a big, red flag up for me so I told him I was no longer interested in getting a bid from Beltway Builders.
The salesperson never contacted me after I sent him pictures of my gutters as he requested. Also he was supposed to call me Oct 1 at 9:00 am and he did not. Therefore I assumed that you did not need my business and signed a contract with someone else who kept their appointments and called me.
