Response to communications were sluggish, and upon receiving a contract to perform services; the company requires all payments to be made prior to completion of the work. It seems to me that, that is a recipe for disaster and potential legal conflicts if the work has not been performed to the customers satisfaction but they have already been paid.
I will not pursue future work with Allied Restoration, and would not recommend them to anyone.
The price was much higher than expected. Quote to replace an item that doesn"t need to be replaced.
we have decided to clean the gutters this year and keep that up, instead of investing in a gutter protection system. We think that that would be the best course for us.

The estimate was inappropriately high compared to the 4 other estimates that I received. Your company quote was for $9500. All others came in at about $3000.

From the beginning I was very pleased with the courtesy and professionalism of initial phone call. The technician that came out to my home was very professional, polite and knowledgeable about the repairs needed for work. He was also able to explain the work needed in a way I understood. I hope to do business with Beltway as well as to refer them to family and friends.
Estimator didn’t ask enough questions. The estimate isn’t broken down by task and the cost of materials.

Price way toooo high
We had you give an estimate on replacing our fence and building a roof over our deck. They both were the most expensive estimates we received. We got 10 each. The Man who came out to give the roof estimate did not even know what a shed roof is. I asked for several things in the estimate and he did not listen and gave an estimate for a gable roof.
There is nothing in junk mail. I called The 13th or 14th because I never got estimate as was supposed to get on 8th. I still haven’t gotten it. I got the survey the 9th so why didn’t I receive the estimate. How can I use ur company if I can’t even get estimate. A supervisor needs to call me. I also asked that it be sent to me in mail but I felt like that wasn’t a good suggestion to u all.
Still have not received the estimate that was promised Oct 12. No response to emails either.
