So far pretty good prompt to show up at the appointment on time. We still need to view the product at your store.

The staff arrived on time and completed the services as described to me. The staff were friendly and considerate of the tenants living space and made sure the fridge is assessable and that I had running water. They answered my questions and got in and out quickly with the mitigation work on my first floor.

I had an appt with them for Oct 21, 11:30AM - 1:00PM. Beltway Builders did not show up.
Patricia was very helpful and I enjoyed meeting her. But we had a second contractor quote the job and they beat Patricia's estimate by $500. In addition we reviewed reviews for both companies and looked at the Better Business Bureau. Your company had 97 "don't recommend" reviews on Yelp. The other contractor only had 5. Their rating is 5, your's is around 2.6. As much as I liked Patricia, I'm not comfortable using your company. We have gone with the other contractor.

Friendly and professional staff, able to provide multiple services (for example gutter cleaning and guards, fixing drainage problems, installing fencing etc). The prices are competitive and reasonable and their customer service is great!
their estimate was far too high for this project of applying one coat of deck seal, which is fairly easy. They wanted $56 per square foot, which I considered insanely high.
The representative stated she would have the estimate to beTuesday evening. As of this minute, I have not received the estimate.

Representative was not as detailed as other 2 estimates. Purposed leaving cement landing in and adding pavers. Other 2 companies much more thoughtful in design, with far greater detail. And topping it off, Was even the highest estimate.

I’m really impressed with the customer service I have received from the rep that came to my home. I just feel that the price for the service I’m requesting is high. I will get other estimates, but have not ruled out using your services.
Dave Came out and measured my 9x12 deck, thats 108sq/ft, and measured the rail, which is only a 2 point rail about 22 ft, he originally said it would be 2900 with rail when I got the quote it was for $2900 for the deck using 2x6 pressure treated wood and $1675 to replace the rail. I asked him is the company did a military discount which he said yes to and asked it to be reflected in the estimate. I was not. I am all about a business making money but thats just price gouging. He also did not seem to be overly thrilled to be there to do the estimate. He was suppose to be there between 11:30sm and 1pm, he ended up not showing up till 2pm.

Way overpriced for five steps. $6,500 is a joke. For someone who was raised around the business, and for what I’m getting done that’s highly way overpriced.
The representative who came to assess the job and prepare the estimate, DaVaughn Mellerson, was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.
