Punctuality
We are very early in this process so it’s hard to tell. The representative from Allied arrived in a timely manner and was very personable and helpful. We are not sure when we will get a quote on our job, but I’m sure it will be soon.
After setting up an appointment no one has stopped by or called to cancel appointment….disappointing
No idea it would be that expensive. Waiting for additional estimates but it could be the project I’d just too pricey for me.

I had lots of questions. The representative answered them to my satisfaction, regarding, explaining terminology, processes, discussing options and alternatives. He understood what I wanted the final result to look like. I believe that we were on the same page, and I had a better idea what I wanted done as a result of the discussion.
The price. You were $7500 over our lowest offer even after telling your guy who came out and he knew what we had as an offer already. We will not be using you for this project or any future projects.
Your price is higher than any others that I have gotten. You make adjustments with discounts that aren't really discounts because it brings your prices in line with other contractors. I do not want to be limited or rushed into making a decision in order keep a discount. I will let you know when I make a decision on my own time.

The rep was here for 5 minutes. Barely asked what we wanted and quoted us $2600 to move chipped wood stacks 10 steps. Again, he didn’t ask exactly what we needed done. So nope I will not be looking at any of your other products NOR will I speak negatively about your company. Your rep may have been having a bad day.
They are very prompt and timely. Their estimates are very detailed.
I would say that most of the time communication is the biggest problem. You need to communicate effectively in order to improve your services. With regard to your products it is not possible to make comments because I do not know who your suppliers are.
Despite the sometimes uncomfortably feeling I get during the current situation I know that no one has control of everything but at least we should try and control those things over which we have control.
Project too expensive at this time.
The response to my request was immediate; your representative came out and took pictures, gave an idea of what to expect and the persons who did the actual work, did an excellent job. They were cordial and cleaned up the area very well.

The estimator was excellent. In addition to measuring the windows he took time to match the outside color and structures of neighbors outside trim.
Your system had our old address. I sent notes to your company with our correct address - twice - prior to scheduled appointment! The service person still went to the wrong address. The new owner just happens to be the person we bought the house from and we are on very friendly terms. Your service rep said the person at our old house didn't know our name. Very dubious. In any event, all the service tech had to do was call me and I could have provided directions to our new house. No call.
Having run and owned multiple businesses, not sure how you stay in business with this level of incompetence and lack of effort.
