I'd like to thank the estimator for his time in coming to give us an estimate. I didn't expect an in-person estimate. I didn't know before hand that Beltway Builders always does in-person estimates and that there is a minimum of $800 per job. I received a quote for $1,200-$1,500; I don't remember the exact amount. The quote seemed really high for the size of the job.
WAAAAYYYY overpriced!!!
I sent a follow-up email to the address that sent me the estimate.
Asked for a breakout of the deck from the first three things I wanted done inside the house.
Never heard back.

I ended up cancelling my appointment due to the long lead time quoted (20-24 weeks); I found what I needed in 6-8 weeks elsewhere.
Professional and creative
Too expensive, twice the price of other quotes.
The way Robert approach us on the product line. He was very concentrate and professional. We felt very comfortable.
Customer service and detail description of work to be done and suggestions.
We are not comfortable with a hand written quote that leaves out the details of the project.

Your appointment window was 90 minutes. I got a call at the end of that window letting me know that he was running late. No problem, we rescheduled and he told me that i would be his 1st stop between 830 & 9am. I work nights and got up early to meet him. No show. I got a text reminding me that he would be showing up between 1130 & 1pm. This was obviously incorrect information. I texted back and received no text back, call back, email or phone call. I am no longer interested in doing business with your company.
Service is too expensive. The same job can be done by Home Depot or Lowe's for a lower cost.

Excellent customer service
I was grateful that someone came out and took a look at the issues that I have. I do have the estimate. It has been turned into Baltimore gas and electric claims Department. I still don't know what they are going to cover. I am waiting to hear. Right now I can't do anything else except wait.
Prices
The price point was three times the cost of another company.
I never heard back from them. They stated they would come to the house, we never saw them or heard from them again???

I never received my estimate it's been a month now and not heard one word
The person contact me and said he could not find my address. Then the next day he emails a quote to grind my tree stump (NOT THE TREE) for 1,700.00 and said he did in fact come to my address. This is a ridiculous price to grind a stump that's low to the ground. In any case, I would never refer anyone to this company.
