I love that they are easy to get a hold of. You can call or text and someone immediately helps you! They will do their best to squeeze you into their schedule as well if you need a cleaning quickly. Also, they do a great job cleaning as well. Customer service is excellent!

Very quick (there was two of them) so that played a big role, no smells or perfumes which is a plus for us, and carpets look so fresh! Love how polite the young men were and informative. Definitely always a plus when customer service is very communicative. Highly recommend!
