My technician, Ryker and Dominique were phenomenal! My old, tough to clean carpeted areas looked much cleaner and newer once done. I did have a small area that needed more attention due to a piece of furniture being in the way. Alton, assistant manager, worked diligently to schedule a technician to come back to my residence for a re-do service to ensure all of my needs were met and I was satisfied. Overall, I recommend this company, and the employees listed. My family, and I will definitely be booking in the near future!
