Hayaat did such a great job. My couch is white and had not been cleaned in 5 years. I have two huge dogs and a black cat which had left it very dingy. He was able to get all the stains out and it looks so great. It looks brand new. He was also so nice and I really appreciate his hard work and friendliness. I would definitely want his help again.
The entire experience from setting the appointment to making payment and the service in between was all top notch. It was better than expected and efficient doesn’t begin to describe it. Quick. Unobtrusive. Professional. Every step was explained in detail and matched the final product.
That they are not harsh chemicals
The technician that came out was very friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. He assessed the areas that we wanted done and gave recommendations. We have a 6 month old puppy that just finished potty training, to say the least, our carpet was HORRIBLE! He got every stain and smell out! He was honest about the likelihood of some coming back slightly, but so far it hasn’t and it has been 4 days!
First of all i always like the company using safe and effective chemicals. Second the companies workers and leaders are very knowledgeable of cleaning processes. Finally their workmanship speaks for itself and really respected their discussions without sales pressure tactics.
They came to the business, serviced our furniture, and they were fast and efficient. I'll definitely call on them again.

The products that were used were very beneficial in removing dirt from the carpet. I liked the fact that the rugs were not soaked and dried fairly quickly. Additionally my sofa came out exceptionally well and I was very happy with the total outcome, my representative and company. I would highly recommend Zerorex!
