Discussed on the phone and on the apt my concern of traffic patterns in a bedroom... Persons reply on the apt was area concerned with was wear. Carleton to new and excellent carpet. Previously you were out for manufacturer subsequently having carpet replaced. In inspecting the carpet and cleaning - the employee did a much better job cleaning the older carport than the tech did a couple days ago on much newer carpet. Please advise - First name removed
The Service Technician, Richard was fantastic!! Not only friendly but efficient and tenacious doing a superb job. Your pre-treament was a nice citrus scent that was pleasant. The carpets and furniture dried well. I recommend taking a before and after picture for anyone using your company to see the difference!
I did not feel the carpets got cleaned as well as I thought they would. Had a couple of pet urine stains that were not cleaned very well.
Service reps were great - very courteous, timely and respectful. They did a great job!

Don’t like that you advertise for a certain price, then add the cost of taking the water away (?) and then add extra costs for pet stains.
Very nice people. Our tech was great.
It is was a great service. Tech were great in cleaning and when they cleaned the carpets and looked good. But after 1-2 days the carpet started to look like it was never cleaned. I don’t know what happened that if the carpet was not cleaned correctly or they forgot to put the carpet cleaner when they cleaned it. I don’t know.
I like that my initial email request for service information was answered promptly, I was able to schedule services to be performed within the same week, the arrival time frame given was accurate, and everyone I spoke with was very courteous. My service technician, Tevin, was very professional - polite, respectful, informative and accommodating. He answered all of my questions and wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied with the services he had provided prior to his putting away his equipment. My appointment was late in the day but my home was treated as though it was the only appointment of the day.

Service was true to what was explained to us. There were no hidden costs. Tech was on time, friendly, and professional. He explained things to us without talking down to us or using fancy terms. Carpets smelled and felt so clean afterwards.

Each time, it looks like brand new carpet, smells fresh but not like fragrance or soap, feels soft to walk on, and all stains are completely gone.

The carpets were cleaned very well. The service technician Richard did an excellent job. He took the time to explain the process and demonstrated the quality of water they use (bring their own treated water). He also demonstrated the carpet protection option by pouring pink Kool-Aid on 2 samples of carpet, one with treatment and one without. The Kool-Aid washed completely out of the treated sample by rinsing under a faucet. The untreated sample was permanently stained. That sold me on the carpet protection. Overall I was very pleased with the service and quality of cleaning done. Carpets all looked clean and fresh after cleaning.
The carpets and the tile entry floor were much cleaner and brighter than prior to having been cleaned. I also opted for the stain resistant finish for the off-white carpeting that I have on my stairway, halls and bedroom. I was thankful that Thomas mentioned this option to me, as I was unaware of it when I made the appointment.
This service was a re-clean. When I called about the original cleaning, everyone I spoke with was very friendly and it was no problem to schedule the re-clean. The technicians that came were friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to get our carpet cleaner than I have ever seen it! We will definitely use Zerorez again.
we love that they are non toxic and cleaned very well. They were however 50 min late to the 2 hour window they originally gave us.
