Adonis was very professional and did an awesome job cleaning g our shite carpet. It looks like new. Zerorez is worth every penny. Try them you e we I’ll not be disappointed.

Explained what to expect from the process. Cleaning tech are very respectful and good.
All areas that were cleaned looked outstanding and we did not have the traditional dirty wet carpet smell. The one exception to that is the stairs. They do have that smell. My only comment would be that the they would require a little bit more attention.
None of the stains came out of the carpet. We expressed those concerns before we booked the carpet cleaning and we were assured that wouldn't be a problem. Did not happen. Will definitely not recommend.

Tyler was very nice and respectful of my home. I like that after the carpet was dry it didn’t feel crunchy to walk on.
We have a few stains in an upstairs bedroom that looked worse than before they were cleaned. I was able to remove with Spot Shot.

I guess that I didn't notice that there would be a $15 dollar charge for waste water disposal. Thought the quote for $139 was all I would owe. You don't show the $15 until the bottom which I didn't go to apparently. Secondly very unhappy with the idea that your service people ask for a tip. I posted on NextDoor in my neighborhood and got many who agreed with me that it was a little concerning that the service tech made us to feel we should tip. Employees should be paid appropriately and no tip necessary. If this is your policy then I will look elsewhere for service. One of the people who responded on NEXTDOOR stated that Stanley Steemer does not do this.
The technician was very capable and did a thorough job. We switched to Zerorez because when the job is finished it is almost immediately available

The process is fantastic, but I will be honest... my recommendation to others would be more based on the young man who did the work. He did an amazing job and was incredibly friendly. The carpets came out great and will be referring anyone I know that might need carpets cleaned to Zerorez. Thank you.

The tech dumped out his wash water in my newly cleaned kitchen sink ....... that wouldn’t have bothered me if the person had cleaned out the sink after he was finished. But no they left it for me to do. Left behind awful rusty residue on my stainless sink that was just cleaned by professional house cleaners snd I know it wasn’t like that when your tech got there. Was inconsiderate.
