There was no odor from harsh chemicals. The carpet dried very quickly. My carpets looked better than they ever had. The technician was very efficient and courteous. I would recommend this service to all my friends and family.

Tevin was very well versed in the product and his work ethic was superb. I appreciate how well he explained the cleaning process and answered my questions. I also like the fact that you do not use chemicals that make the carpet stiff, and leave odors in my home. I am sold on Zerorez and on Tevin.

I like that the carpet doesn’t feel crunchy afterward. The technicians communicate well and are respectful. The price is reasonable and the services are what you say they are going to be.

My favorite time of year is when my house is once again cleaned by Zerorez. I’ve had them clean my house four times, and I won’t go back to their competitors. The carpets dry in much less time, I don’t find stains returning a week after, and the feel of the carpet is just reassuring that it’s clean. Not crunchy or stiff, soft and fresh. They may be more expensive than others but if you want clean, the extra cost is inconsequential.
1st time professionally cleaned. Carpet is 14 years old and looks almost new. Only con is he didn't move the fan around to help get the carpet dry & it was wet alot longer than he said it would be.

I don’t have any complaints with the people who came out to clean the carpets. I know wish I would have left the ending spots as they were because it looks 100% worse then just the little spots I had after the original cleaning. I have sent text messages and pictures to Phone number removed for several days since the rewicking?? And have not received any response. Is there another number I should be calling?
