Carpet barely looks cleaner at all. I cleaned my living room myself 3 years ago with a cheap rental machine from Home Depot and it was a huge noticeable difference (very light-colored carpet). I cannot even tell it was cleaned this week. Tech was saying there was a bunch of soap residue in water he used upstairs, never been cleaned upstairs so sounded like a boiler plate excuse. Make things right...reclean my living room, stairs and hallway or refund half the charges.

Everything is very organized and efficient. Communication the entire time was great and they easily accommodated my schedule change. My carpets look and feel great!

The tech was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail of the equipment, what he was about to do and asked how the cleaning was, which I was very pleased with the job.

I'm sorry, I just thought the rooms would smell fresh and clean. Instead, it actually smelled worse. I understand that you use water instead of chemicals. I just wasn't expecting that.
