For starters,the technicians were great. Unfortunately, half of our grout was pulled up during a grout cleaning. Someone else was sent and after trying to clean one tile he simply said “yeah there’s not much we can do”...I spent about $200 to have the tile cleaned and now will have to spend who knows how much to have my grout fixed (it is 2 different colors now...looks terrible). I am very unhappy that the tech did not stop as soon as he saw the darker grout coming up and that more was not done or offered to make this right.

After using the same company for 10+ yrs, decided to try your company after hearing & receiving various advertisement info. First experience was not good. No real overview at all initially, and not sure what happened within process, but carpets looked horrible (with dirty streaks all over all 3 rooms of carpets), was assured it was just water & once dry, it will be gone). AFter 24 hrs...carpets looked worse than ever before, so we called back to ask that another rep (more experienced rep) come out to re-clean & correct. Customer Service stated no openings for 8 days later (due to no openings). Why we would be pushed back to the end of line again was just another example of "poor management or training". My husband then called right back to demand we have been inconvenienced already & not willing to wait another week while 3 rooms of furniture out of place to wait once again for your co to fix error. On a Positive Note: Your company did rearrange for a rep to come the following day, Matt was his name and very professional & much more engaging (and explained the process). He did an excellent job of cleaning & "correcting the issue" from our first rep/cleaning experience.
