The cookie kit was a hit. It was a great gift/project for the family to do and it gave Mom and Dad a break from entertaining little ones. With Covid precautions, parents need all the help they can get.

Absolutely Nothing!!! I have bought from Cookies by Design/Cookie Bouquet for many years. I have always been extremely satisfied with my purchase.... until this week.
I placed two separate shipping delivery order on February 7th ...both to be delivered on February 12th. When I received the confirmation emails, I called the Corporate Office (where my order was placed) back to confirm one, as the email receipt didn't state what I had ordered. My order was confirmed, with an updated delivery date (it was incorrect on the confirmation email)
One order was to be delivered to me...I received it on Saturday afternoon...and it wasn't even close to what I had ordered... I was very frustrated. All locations and Corporate Office were closed by that time...so I called first thing this morning, February 14th. After 45 minutes of being on hold and then going through the story and order...my order was going to be redone and shipped out by mid-week...with confirmation email being sent that afternoon.. once I had emailed picture of what I received. After 4 hours of not hearing I called back...order was confirmed... received a call back 30 minutes later stating that they were no longer able to fulfill my order and that I would be refunded the amount for the cookies. I didn't want a refund, I wanted my cookies I ordered. Corporate Office stated that it was the store's fault for not reading the order correctly...but the store was too busy with other orders and didn't have supplies and time to redo my order. I was told I could call another store to see if they could redo my order... Why was it MY responsibility to "call other stores" and find one that could redo my order that THEY screwed up!!!! I am beyond disappointed.... and this was coming from Corporate Office!!!! I will most certainly call other stores...but it will not be Cookie by Design stores... and I WILL share my experience with others!

I've been ordering from Cookies by Design since my daughter was born 24 years ago.
The only issue with my order was I ordered a 7 cookie owl basket, but it was a 6 cookie basket. I wouldn't have even know but my daughter sent me a picture. When I asked her how many cookies were in the basket she said 6 and sent me a picture.
However, I did include one box of Sweet Hearts Sweet Spots and she received two. I wish they had contacted me about the change.
I've been using this service for 24+ years and will continue to do so.

Cookies were delivered on time by a courteous delivery person who called to let the recipients know they received the delivery. Plus the cookies were AMAZINGLY fresh and delicious.

Cookies by Design in Urbandale did a great job with our order! It was a "sweet" change from the same old flowers on Valentines' Day. The kids loved the DIY cookie decorating kit! Yummy cookies were delivered on the day we requested. Superior job all around - we will surely be ordering from them again!
