I liked the big smile my grandson had when he received the puppy cookies for Valentine’s Day. Not only were they fresh and delicious but since he has 3 dogs he loved the bouquet. Cookies by Design delivered them on time and they made the perfect unique gift.

I feel like the cookies are absolutely delicious and gorgeous!

The only thing I think might need some improvement is customer service. It seems like the woman answering the phone and when I pick up isn't friendly at all.
