-Quality of flower designs for cookies and overall bouquet design.
-Effort to try to work with UPS on the 2/8-9 delivery issues (hopefully, the feedback and photos will help with the issues).
-Thorough packing job - no cookies broken despite heavy delivery abuse.

For sweet spots, would recommend fewer green cookies (half probably green) to pink/orange with the yellow to mimic website (hence the 9 v. 10).

The cookie bouquet was for our 12 year old granddaughter...I ordered online, it was easy.

Cookies By Design makes delicious cookies and if there is a problem they make it right. I am very pleased with the quality of their product and the fact that even if there isn't a store in a location that I want to send an order to, I can call their headquarters and they will take care of it and send the order directly from their Texas headquarters. They are a great company, with delicious and beautiful cookies.
